My Medical Records (Patient Ally)

What is Patient Ally?
Patient Ally is your one-stop portal to help you manage healthcare information for you and your loved ones. Patient Ally is available to established patients of participating Primary Care or Specialty Care providers that are connected with Patient Ally and choose to utilize the Patient Ally feature.

What Can I Do With Patient Ally? 
  • Request doctor’s appointments
  • Message your doctor’s office
  • Review current medications and test results
  • Request prescription renewals
  • View upcoming and past appointments

How Do I Get Started?
1. Contact our office so that our staff can initiate your account setup and send you an email link
2. After clicking the link, you will be asked to verify your identity and create a PatientAlly username and password
3. You're done! You have completed the enrollment process and may now begin using Patient Ally
